Limor Mozan
Human Resources Manager
Limor has been part of Fair Planet for nearly 10 years. In addition to her role as Human Resources Lead, she also manages the organization's Financial Sector. Limor holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (B.Sc.), specializing in information systems.

Yair Abranyi
Chief Agronomist
Yair is a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture in The Hebrew University (B.Agr. in Plant Sciences). He has 20 years of experience as an agronomist with diverse experience in the fields of agriculture, including cultivation, propagation, seed production, training and production management.
He is responsible for professional management of research fields and professional support at activity sites.

Liron Privman
Overseas Site Operations Manager
Liron was born in Kibbutz Merhavia in an agricultural environment. She studied environmental engineering at the Technion. She has over 6 years of experience in training in various settings, including training farmers in Hermaya, Ethiopia. After about two years as the Fair Planet’s volunteer coordinator, Liron coordinated our first site in Tanzania and is now the operations manager for overseas sites.

Eden Peled
Training and Knowledge Retention Manager
Eden is completing his International Relations degree at the Open University and has over 3 years experience in the organization.
Before taking over the training department, Eden was Fair Planet’s coordinator for Eastern Ethiopia.

Noam Hagilady
Volunteers Coordinator
Noam is a graduate of the Hebrew University with a BA in International Relations and Communications and Journalism. She worked as an alumni representative in the Hebrew University Alumni Association. As the organization’s volunteer coordinator, Noam is responsible for recruiting volunteers for our sites and guiding them through the volunteering process. Further more, Noam is managing the organization's social media team, creating content and developing marketing strategy.

Hadas Katz
Social Media Manager
Hadas is managing Fair Planet’s social media in parallel to being an engineering student at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. She served as a volunteer at the Fair Planet project in East Ethiopia and has more than six years of experience as an instructor and volunteering in the community.

Dr. Shoshan Haran
Founder & President
Shoshan holds a PhD in Plant Protection from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is a Fulbright recipient for postdoctoral studies at Rutgers University. Before founding Fair Plant, she worked for 11 years at the "Hazera", an Israeli seed company, first as head of the research collaborations and intellectual property department and later as head of the technology discovery team for the French group Limgrain.

Amnon Tamir
Chairperson
Amnon holds a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from the Technion and a master's degrees in operations research and computer science. Served 17 years in the Israeli Air Force and worked for over 10 years in the Technion's public relations and resource development unit.

Dr. Alon Haberfeld
Operations & Technology Manager
Alon holds a PhD in genetics and an MBA in integrated management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He served as a researcher at the Volcani Institute for Agricultural Research and worked for "Hazera" as a plant breeder and later as product and marketing manager for 15 years, during which he was involved in the implementation and management of the company's product development area.
